Business Process Training Video Security Issue

 We have a client wishing to view these business process videos, but getting a permission denied error, even though they show up in his search results.

Can you change the security on these so they are available to clients?

Hi Jessica,

 

I can view the videos even though I'm not logged into the Support Site, so the actual site permissions shouldn't be a factor.

 

It seems that the first link, https://support.laserfiche.com/HTMLFPresenter.aspx?id=2576, used a different embedded player that you'll need to allow the content on the page to be played.

The second link, https://support.laserfiche.com/HTMLFPresenter.aspx?id=2594, is a page with an embedded YouTube video. This video can also be seen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSP7ivuZwoo.

 

If your user is still having an issue, please let us know.
