Is there a way to get the Holiday shift to be more configurable?  I like being able to tell it the next or previous business day, but I have a situation where if the holiday falls on a Saturday, they want it to default to Friday off, and if it falls on Sunday, it shifts to Monday.

I did not see a way to do that, am I missing something or is this something I should put in Feature Request, currently I am just handling the holidays in a SQL table to work around it for now.
