Feature Request - Answers Notification to VARs

asked on July 23, 2014

Could VARs be notified when their customers ask questions in Laserfiche Answers?

Thanks for considering,

Hey Louis,

Sorry about the confusion.  I definitely see benefit to this request.  I meant add my post as a reply to Chris' request for more email notifications.

As Justin Pava stated, subscribing to your customer's questions isn't possible right now, but we'll consider this feature request and hopefully we'll be seeing it at some point in the future!

Also more e-mail notifications when an answer is updated would be good too! laugh

(not just once a day)

You can already change how often you receive notifications in Settings.

Click your name in the top-right and choose Settings.  Scroll down a bit and you should find the following options to configure your email preferences.

No, there isn't a way to subscribe to specific users.

As a Laserfiche VAR, Innovimage strives to provide world-class support to its LSAP customers. Again it would be useful if Laserfiche Inc could add an option like 'Subscribe to my clients posts'.

Does this make sense to any VAR around?
