I was wondering when there would be a configuration in LF Forms for us to store using Monochrome. The problem we have been seeing is that the document sizes are much larger than your standard black and white document. We can use Quick Fields to process these documents but that does not resolve the space issue. Any idea on whether this will be available in the next Forms release?

Out of curiosity, why does using Quick Fields not resolve the space issue?

Although Quick Fields can process the images and change them to Black and White. It simply deletes the images and places them in the recycle bin. Even with a retention to purge every 30+ days, this does not alleviate the space issue entirely.

I've solved this issue by having Quick Fields move the original document to a specific folder after it's done processing. Then a simple workflow watches that folder and does a hard delete on anything that gets put in there.
