Question

Business Process Management Training

asked on July 18, 2014

I am trying to complete the business process management training. The first time I took the exam it said "Refer to the hiring process information" then asked the question. Where do I find the hiring process information in the documentation provided for this training?

The hiring process information can be found on the course selection page, just under the course manual. The exam was just updated, so you may find that it's a little bit easier now, and that the questions are a little bit different. The course is the same otherwise.

I had already downloaded and read through that document and felt it did not have enough information to answer the questions appropriately. Thanks.

Lisa,

Do you remember which questions you found confusing?

Most of the questions were confusing. It appears that the person who wrote the test is not the same as the person who wrote the training as in; the answers could not be found in the training materials in at least half the cases. Since we do not have the software installed yet, I was not able to look for the answers in the software so depended on the training materials to have the answers I was looking for. Others in our group have the same issue.

Also, having some feedback on which questions were wrong during the first take would have been helpful in studying for the second try.
