Documents are displayed but are not accessible

Dears,

 

Laserfiche 8.2 with Oracle database, I have some documents that can be displayed from withing a search result, those document throw an error when I open them, the error says "Entry is not found"

 and when I right click on them, only Access Right is appearing, when I click on it, I get the same error.

Also when I export the volume that containing those files, the export operation throw an error says "Unknown internal error. [9036]"

 

Also when we perform an upgrade to version  9.1, the process taking days without completion!

 

My question is, Is that considered a corruption in the database? if so, what are the factors that could resulting such thing.

 

Please before asking for more information, please let me know if there are some possible reasons for such behavior.

Hello Maged,

 

Is this for all entries or only a particular group of entries in your repository?  Also, if it's only for a group or entries, can you confirm whether they are all in the same volume?

 

My initial instinct is that this sounds like an issue with the volumes, but we'll need more information to verify that.

Yes its a group of entries in one volume. The problem is not on the volume. The metadata is failed to be loaded from the db.
