Unable to use ALL AD Users in the Workflow Assign Rights Activity only AD Users who have Trusted Access

I have configured an AD Trustee and able to test this following group in the Trustee Search.

However I am not able to use this same group in the Assign Rights Dialog.

What I have noticed is the only options in Assign Rights are Laserfiche Users and Laserfiche Trusted Users any other AD Users or Groups to not seem to be available.

The list picks up the users who have already logged into Laserfiche. You can type in any other domain users and they will be assigned rights.

So even if using the Ellipses you will not be able to Search \ Browse AD similar to when assigning folder rights?

You just need to explicitly type the Domain Group?

I will try that again. I know I did test that but I may not have used domain\group.

I am assuming when you say users it will also work for groups as well.
