Can you provide a rough example of what you'd like the folder structure to look like?  

We have a couple examples in the Solution Exchange (Article 1, Article 2) that briefly touch on workflows auto-filing by fiscal year.  Hopefully this should be enough to get you started.  If you would like further clarification, please provide an example of how you'd like the filing structure to look like and I can try to come up with more specific information for you.
