There are currently no white papers or metrics for determining a Laserfiche environment's health. Since every environment is different and needs vary considerably between installations, it's difficult at best to have a standardized metric for health or performance. Windows Performance Monitor can be used to monitor the performance of the various components of the Laserfiche suite, however. We have a number of helpful resources for that, such as the Using Microsoft Performance Monitor with Laserfiche tech paper, the Windows Management Tools section of the Laserfiche Administration help files, and the presentation for the Database Tuning and Maintenance conference class.
