So long as users are able to provide login information when they connect through WebLink, what John lists here is correct. Just set up the entry access right security like you would any other user.

One note, you do not need the Manage Entry Access privilage to setup entry access rights. The privilege ensures you will be able to do so on all entries, but the write entry security entry access right is all that's actually needed.

That would be controlled at the user or group level through entry access rights in the client. You can get to that from the Tools menu at the top of the client or by right clicking on a folder and selecting access rights. There is also an effective rights tab on that same dialogue that you can put a specific name in and double check after configuring.

You must have the Manage Entry Access privilege (user security-admin console) as well as the write entry security access right  on the folders in question to configure entry access security.

It doesn't matter. It is all just client software, there is nothing different in setting up access rights. You should set that up through a Laserfiche client.
