error opening file 6410

Hi,

One of our client had error "error opening file 6410". We have upgraded their laserfiche from 9.0.3 to 9.1.1. The error occurred when they were in version 9.0.3. Can anybody explain the reason it occurs and if it will occur in laserfiche 9.1.1

We Upgraded to LF 9.1.1 and did not get the error again

Haven't seen that error in V9. Only time I ever saw this was back in LF 8.2.

Hello,

Can you provide a little more information about what's happening to cause this error message? Do you get this error when trying to open an electronic document? An image? Have you tried opening the entry on several accounts and machines and do they all get the same message? How was this entry imported to the system?

After we get some more information, we should be able to offer some more assistance.

I also met this problem just now when check in document, and the client version is 9.2, the way I did to solve the problem is restarting the machine.

Seems as though this may be occurring for a client we have using RIO 10.2:

The user opened an excel document, when trying to save it back into LF, this is the error message he is receiving.
