Can I use webhook service task to send form data for a website url?

For example, put something like this in webhook url:

http://myserver.com/myfile.php?mylffieldvar1=fielddata&mylffieldvar2

I had this exact question the other day. Miruna answered it.

This is already available through the Workflow Web Service. See the "Start Workflow Service" sample in your WF SDK documentation.
