The Forms URL that you would pass information to via Workflow will bring a user directly the starting form in a Laserfiche Forms process and pass whatever values to it that you specify. The Forms tasks list, on the other hand, contains User Tasks assigned to a user at some intermediary step in a Laserfiche Forms process. Since the URL is for the beginning of a Forms process and the task list is for steps in the middle of a Forms process, the two are mutually exclusive currently. For this reason, you'll need to stick with emailing the users the link they need to fill out the initial form and get the process started. Alternatively, you could post the URL to a webpage, as a "task list" outside of the Laserfiche Forms interface.
