Integrate Central Authentication Service with Forms

We have a use case where I have a laserfiche form. When user hits Submit, it should hit Integrate Central Authentication Service and then once authenicated through that URL, the second laserfiche form should show up. How do I acheive this? Please help. Thanks.

What's the user's end goal? If you're trying to do what I think you're trying to do, it would be much easier to use Authenticated Participant Licenses to allow for authentication through Forms. There may be an even easier approach to take. Do these users have named user licenses? Do they have Laserfiche accounts?
