 Hi , I have a problem when start the service for Laserfiche Import Agent:

 

"A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Laserfiche Import Agent Service 8.1.1 service to connect."

 

How can change the timeout?

Hi Alexander, now show me the message :

 

"Cannot start service Laserfiche Import Agent 8.1.1 on computer '.'.

Are there any additional details in the application or system event logs?

* Log Application:

Service cannot be started. The service process could not connect to the service controller.

 

 

* Log System:

 

The Laserfiche Import Agent Service 8.1.1 service failed to start due to the following error:

 

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

What is the OS of the server where Import Agent is installed? If applicable, can you set UAC to "Never notify" and then reboot the computer? Then uninstall and reinstall Import Agent and see if the issue still occurs.
