Laserfiche Forms: Data Collection & Updating

 Can Forms be used to collect required information;

  1. that can then be updated to either the LF repository and/or a third party SQL database
  2. route the information in a workflow

I'm not sure what you mean by "can they be updated". You can user forms to collect information from an end user and then after the form is submitted have it kick off a Workflow. You would then have all of the capabilities of the Workflow software which can write to third party databases and updated certain information for items already in Laserfiche.
