We are using Laserfiche 9.0 in our organization, our staff uses LF web scanning for documents scanning. As we know there is option available in LF scanning by using that option we can add pages to a document in any order e.g. Before first page, After last page and After page (any number)

But there is one user who wants to use this option but he cannot see this window when he press the scan button, maybe he checked the option “Do not show dialog again”
Please anyone helps me solve this issue, because LF scanning is working fine for all other users.
