So I'm setting up a workflow to route entry, and I've found that I'm having an easier time getting it to work if I use Route Entry to Folder and set it up in a way that I use a template drop down list with names and use a token to Route to the folder by name than when I try to set it up to Route Entry to User. I get that using the Route Entry to User is designed to route to a specific user...but I'm just trying to understand the advantages of one vs. the other as I said...I'm having a tough time getting the Route Entry to User to work and by using tokens, drop down list of names, I seem to be able to get it to work no problem with the Route Entry to Folder. Again, trying to understand if there's advantages I'm missing?

Route Entry to User is particular useful if your users all have a default folder associated with them. Also, this activity will have specific tokens regarding the user that you may find useful for your workflow, e.g. user IDs, display name, account name, emails, etc.
More information about how to configure the Route Entry to User activity can be found in this link.
