I am trying to use a cover sheet to mark the beginning of a new document for large batch of documents.   As you can see from my attached screenshot, I have set it up as first page identification.   As I go through the wizard to set up zone ocr and get to the step to set up page range/region selection, it literally does not show up in the task pane. And of course, it doesn't work--first page still there, reading every single page and keeping last value.

FYI, my company recently upgraded to QF 9/LF 9.  I was unable to process anything thru QF 9 for a couple of months.  So, IT looked at it, couldn't figure it out.  Had our VAR rep come out, he couldn't figure out the problem.  Somebody had an idea to delete my windows profile and reinstalled QF and it started processing again except for the above mentioned issue.  Any answers to this annoying problem?  This worked for me QF 8.  Help.
