If I understand this correctly the client is accessing the Windows Print Screen (Clipboard?) in some way and this requires the export feature. What if we want to disable the export feature but still allow someone to login?

Hi Chad,
I'm not totally sure I'm understanding your question, so you may need to rephrase it for me. The Client will only intercept the Print Screen key if the user does not have export rights. If you don't give them the export feature, they won't be able to use Print Screen. If they do have export rights, then the key will be left alone.

I found this post while searching for a solution to the same problem.
The cause in my case was not fixed by the steps outlined in that KB article, there was also a conflict with a screen capture program called Greenshot. This was fixed by turning off Greenshot in addition to the steps in the KB article.
