Audit on emails sent from WF.

Hello Everyone,

 

 

I have an interesting request that came from a client. We want to look for all the emails sent from WF to a specific email address. Is there a way to retrieve that along with what was sent?

Workflow does not keep track of the emails, the mail server does. See your mail server documentation for auditing a mailbox.

Because WF doesn't keep a log of the emails sent, I have made it a rule to blind copy a mail box just for Laserfiche Workflow emails. Every email activity in a workflow BCCs this box. You end up with lots of emails, but it is helpful for stats and troubleshooting.
