When working in our Laserfiche 9.1 client, our team will frequently need to view information that begins at the bottom of one page and continues on the top of the next. They became accustomed to being able to easily do this in PDF, but as we now have workflows dependent upon Laserfiche metadata and stamps, all PDFs are converted to Laserfiche pages prior to being worked. Is there any way to allow continuous scrolling with Laserfiche pages? And, if not, are there any plans to implement this feature in the future?

Answer
Full continues scrolling is not currently supported beyond the one page at-a-time view in the desktop Client and Web Access, although it is present in WebLink. We are, however, working on this functionality and already have some initial prototypes. I can't provide a specific timeline yet since there are many implementation hurdles to work on, but it's definitely something that we're hoping to be able to provide in a future release.
Excellent. Thank you Justin. I will let them know it is in the works.
Has there been any additional work on this topic since summer of 2014?
The recently released Laserfiche Web Access 10 includes fully continues page scrolling.
Justin Pava - can you do continuous page scrolling NOT through web access yet?
No. Continuous page scrolling is specific to the web client.
Thanks Justin. Just to clarify, is this in the works? And if so, any idea when it will be rolled out?
Hi, I would really like to know this as well. We are using the 10.2 desktop client and continuous scrolling is still not an option.
There are no plans to include continuous scrolling in the Windows Client. It would require a pretty extensive re-write to support it.

Yes, if you go to options>View>General at the bottom there is a box you can check to enable page scrolling.
Thank you, Ramon. Unfortunately, this only allows the scrolling from one whole page to another whole page. We need to be able to see partial pages, like the continuous scrolling with PDFs.
Ahhh yes I see now. I only know of the one page scrolling option I referred you to. However you could choose for new documents to keep the original pdf as a workaround though you ultimately just want to be able to do this same function from laserfiche pages.
