I have a customer looking at LF for Accounting and HR currently and is curious if anyone has every set up Laserfiche to work with an IT Ticketing system called "ServiceNow". ServiceNow has an offering where it will share tickets with external entities and provide a link where the external entities can update their tickets. My thought is that perhaps LF Forms, if placed in the DMZ could be the interface for the external entities to update tickets but not certain that we can get the data and document to ServiceNow as its a hosted service.
Curios if anyone has worked specifically with ServiceNow or any other IT Ticketing system?
