Error in iOS app

Since the previous 2 iOS app updates, one of our users is getting "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when trying to open PDFs in the iOS app that were put into LF via WebDAV. This was not a problem in previous versions of the app.

 

Any idea why this might be happening?  Thanks!

Hi Tim,

 

We were able to reproduce the issue and have filed a bug for the matter. We'll update the thread again when a fix is available.

Hi Tim,

 

We haven't run into anyone else experiencing that issue.  Definitely sounds like unexpected behavior!  I'd recommend that you open a support case, and our tech support team will make sure that you get your issue sorted out right away.
