Can't Delete Workflow 8.3.1

I get the following error 0178-WF1 when trying to delete a workflow

 

status: file can not be deleted because there are still running instances?

 

I went to workflow administration console and deleted any pending jobs that where tied to my workflow? is there anywhere else I need to delete.

Use the Workflow Designer and search by that workflow name. Confirm if there are still any active instances listed. If the Workflow Designer search indicates that there are no active instances, yet you are still unable to delete the workflow, please contact your Laserfiche reseller to open a case with Laserfiche Support.
