Just noticed at some of our clients an issue with volume size.  Did a few searches and did not seem to find anything on it.

It is intended that the volume size does not reflect documents in the recycle bin?  For example have have a client that has a volume capped at 30 GB.  It says the volume size is only at 15 GB in the Administration Console.  However we found about 15 GB of entries in the recycle bin.  Now these entries are clearly in the capped volume.  Should the size of the volume not reflect the entries in that volume that are in the recycle bin?
