Forms server for 25 participant users

if the customer bought avante for ms sql express for 1 user, can we configure the laserfiche forms with the standard ms sql server or the forms should be configured with MY SQL Express also?

Forms could be configured to run on Full SQL if desired, even if the LF Server is running on SQL Express.
