I have an email field that I only want to be shown when the user checks a checkbox. I was curious how to do this by having a table and a single line text box hidden and when the checkbox is checked the table which contains a text box should be shown as well as the seperate text box.

I was thinking about how to do it and I know it cant be very difficult but I'm not familiar with alot of the events to be able to code this yet.
