I have over one thousand new read-only users every year whose accounts require passwords.  I am looking for a way to create them en masse, or to edit the passwords of the ones I have en masse.  The XML import function is not helpful to me because it does not import passwords.  Any suggestions on how this might be accomplished would be greatly appreciated.  We are not using Active Directory.
