Curious about how to automate common processes? Need a hands-on learning tool to get going with Workflow?

Introducing Workflow templates! The Laserfiche User Education team has put together 10 workflows that work with a briefcase of sample folders and documents. These workflows demonstrate common workflow concepts and combinations of activities. The workflows let you easily see the Workflow product in action, and they are all editable so you can experiment and customize them to fit your needs.

The Workflow Templates include:

10 workflows with starting rules that can be imported into your Workflow Designer.

A briefcase of documents and folders that the workflows run on.

A Using the Workflow Templates white paper that steps you through importing the workflows and briefcase, understanding and running the workflows, and expanding them to fit your specific needs.

This looks like a great opportunity to learn some things that meets my task list! Only problem is that when I attempt to import the ..WFI with Designer, I right away get an error: 'element' is an invalid XmlNode Type. Line 3319, position 10. I thought I followed the instruction and my Designer I believe is up to date. Can you point me in the right direction?

The templates are for 9.1.1.365 or higher.

This is great. Could someone redo the whitepaper so that it actually shows the workflows? Some of us are more visual learners. :) Thanks!

Access to the support site is controlled by your organization, not by Laserfiche. So normally, an admin user at your company would be the one to give you access. However, your company's LSAP ( or support plan) is expired, so that further restricts access to support resources. Your reseller can explain the options for renewal.
