Adding/Removing Folders on Laser Fiche.

When I try to add a folder or try to remove a folder from the laser fiche it says "Could not remove" Access Denied, with a big circle with an X in the middle. I am supposed to have full access to all the laser fiche. We just got the system installed at work and I have no idea what I am doing wrong

Hi Jody,

The issue may be that your account doesn't have the necessary access rights for the various entries (folders and documents) in the repository. Please confirm that the user that you're logged in as has been granted rights to create documents and folders, modify contents, etc.

I am supposed to have all access to everything, but maybe the IT guy or whatever for laser fiche didn't give it to me properly.

If that might be the case, I would suggest following up with your Laserfiche Administrator and/or your Laserfiche reseller who can assist you with confirming that your account has the necessary entry access rights granted.
