I am getting this error: "login information was not specified. Failed to initialize scanner", when I try to run quickfields session using Quickfields Agent.

Session works fine when I run it manually using Quickfields.

I am sure that all login details are right and QF is setup 'not to ask for login everytime a user opens a session'. I have recreated the session many times but still getting the above error.

I am using Laserfiche Capture Engine.

Any thoughts?
