is CPP down?

I am unable to reach the CPP login screen.  Is it down? and when will it be up

We're having some online connectivity issues right now that IT is investigating. I don't know for sure that this would also impact CPP, but it seems likely given the timing. No ETA at yet, but since the outage has a large impact I'd expect to see it cleared up soon.

Give it a try now, our ISP has resolved the problem.
