Licensing requirements with a toolkit app.

 I have a customer that is planning to create an application using the integrator's toolkit to trigger a search in the LF database and return the results in a list and open any document on the list.  My question is does every user that will access the LF documents from the other application through the toolkit app need a full user license?

It depends which account are you using in you sdk code (Windows Authentication OR LF Authentication). If user would be logging in with Windows Authentication, then yes, all users accessing documents while running this custom application need full user license. 

And if you are using Laserfiche user to login in your code, then only that laserfiche user account will be required to have full user license (but of course then their comes the maximum session limit which you will need to consider).
