can date field on form be uploaded to outlook?

From the Forms Process Modeler you can start a Workflow that could create a calendar event for you. The Create Exchange Item activity in Workflow can create items in Outlook, such as calendar events. You'll just first want to retrieve the values from Forms using the Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content activity. From there you'll have access to whatever is put into the date field on your form to use in the calendar event creation.
for some reason everytime i add create an exchange item i cannot select the server for web services. i add nothing comes up. any ideas?
If you can't use the "Manage web services..." option to select a server for web service then you may be running into rights issues. You'll need an account with either Exchange permissions on individual folder in the mailbox or domain rights to impersonate the owner of an Exchange account. You may want to check out the Advanced options property box by clicking on the gear symbol on this activity.
