We have been using the Laserfiche New Documents feature to automatically populate template fields in the client when we drag and drop emails. We have noticed some behavior that seems a bit abnormal. When we are logged in as the Laserfiche Admin user, the Subject field will populate. If we login as a Windows user, then that field will not populate. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Can you confirm that both users have the same settings configured in the Client under Tools > Options > New Documents > Outlook? This is specifically regarding the configured field associations. Is it configured to be user specific and perhaps the non admin user just doesn't have the subject mapped to a field? Or perhaps they are using the default repository settings for this and in there, the subject isn't mapped?
