What does this mean "Send to Laserfiche Windows Shell Extension (8.3.0.463) (LFSO/8.3.0.463)"

 I ran an audit trail create page and move page report and under the Application Name column in Excel was this "

Send to Laserfiche Windows Shell Extension (8.3.0.463) (LFSO/8.3.0.463)"  The system created 271 pages at 15:29 that were damaged.   

 

Is this a normal Application Name and something else is going on with the system?  Or what?

Yes, this is a normal operation. For example, if you have a document that resides on the Windows Desktop, you can right click it and select "Send to" > "Laserfiche". This uses the Send to Laserfiche Windows Shell Extension to save the entry into the repository.
