Getting Workflow to show non-header columns from excel?

I am trying to get Workflow to populate more columns without header from a specific excel sheet.

 

i.e F1, I am trying to get more columns to populate, F2, F3 etc.  Is there a specific method to do so in Workflow? thank you.

I had the same issue as well today and through trial and error, I discovered that I had to use the first row to type out my column names.

The Excel driver is the one giving Workflow the column names.
