There is one specific setting in Quick Fields 8.3, under the advanced options, and it keeps the first non-blank token value across pages. This setting needs to be enabled in order for a session to work properly, but I don't know how to do this for the Quick Fields Agent. Any suggestions?

That option is saved in the Options.xml file located in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Laserfiche\Quick Fields. What you would need to do is to log into the PC as the user that the Quick Fields Agent service runs as. Then open Quick Fields and set that same option.
The equivalent of the folder above for the System account is C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Laserfiche\Quick Fields
You can change the user for Quick Fields Agent by changing the login user for the Laserfiche Quick Fields Agent service.

Our QF Agent is running on the system account. I have had to modify the registry to change the short date format to MM/dd/yyyy since there is no way to log in and change options. Is there any way to set that option another way or change what user the Quick Fields Agent runs as?
I recently tried changing the Security options in the Windows Task Scheduler to run the QF session task under a different user account but it automatically reset to SYSTEM.

Thanks! I tried copying my user profile's Laserfiche folder to system32 Roaming folder but it didn't seem to work. I might have needed to restart the service for it to take effect.
Instead I looked up how to change the Log On As user for Laserfiche Quick Fields Agent in services.msc and that worked great. No more running sessions manually!
Well, I'm an idiot. After giving up on this for months I went back to looking at it and found the solution. Since I have a 64-bit system, Windows redirects all 32bit programs to SysWOW64 instead of system32 so the real path is C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Laserfiche\Quick Fields
Figured I would update just in case someone else has the same issue.
Hi Nathan,
I can't see any documentation for this option. What does it do? Or when do you use it?
