launching workflow from quickfields producing duplicate files

When I launch a workflow from a QuickFields session on import, document classes with more then one page are duplicated in the new folder structure within Laserfiche. Suggestions on how to fix?

Do you also have a starting rule for that workflow that is satisfied by these new documents?

We'd probably have to know more about the session.  You said "new folder structure".  Is this Quick Fields session using Laserfiche Capture Engine?  Are you moving or doing anything with the source documents you are running the session on?
