Is there a way to have laserfiche mobile application (use windows authentication) feature to log in
or only by user name and password ?
First, make sure Windows Authentication is allowed on the Mobile Configuration Page (see the following article in the online help, specifically the section titled "Authentication").
With Windows Authentication enabled, users can login to the mobile app by typing in their credentials in the format DOMAIN\username.

Aaron pretty much covered it.
If you are looking for same experience as on PC... right now, from the app, there's no native way to support Windows authentication. If we want to support it, it requires user to input it at least once and we'll save it in the app.
However, in the upcoming release this week, admin will be able to set the domain during configuration of the add-on server. Then, end users can just input their Windows authentication without the domain prefix to login. This can make the login easier and fsater.
If you want faster login, you can have "remember me" enabled.
