Question

new users are unable to access repositories, I have many event ID 63 warnings in the App log

asked on May 29, 2014

New users were not able to access repositories and were thrown a 9520 error.  Restarting the License server did not help.  restarting the server did solve the problem.

however, prior to the restart the server has pages of event ID 63 warnings.  See sample below.  the warnings have not returned after the restart ... so far.

Sample of one of the warnings.  should I be concerned?

Laserfiche uses WMI for authentication but is itself a windows component.  I would suggest downloading and running the WMI Diagnosis utility from Microsoft: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7684

The log will usually contain recommendations on what to do next.
