Import Agent gets stuck on stopping

Hello,

 

I'm using Import Agent 8.1.1 to automatically upload files. After running a process today that gave Import Agent something to process, I noticed it did nothing. So I tried to stop the process and it just did nothing. So I closed the config utility, and reopened it, and now the service buttons are greyed out, and I can't do anything.

 

Looking in Windows Services, I can see that the Laserfiche Import Agent service's status is "Stopping" . 

 

I can kill it in the task manager, but when I restart it, it boots up fine, but still does nothing.

 

I have even re-installed Import Agent completely, and it does the same thing.

You should turn the logging level of Import Agent to High (go to Profile > Options > Log level, high) and try to import a file.  Once that is done, please check the application log for Import Agent entries.  It should give you a more verbose log to help you troubleshoot the issue.

Is the log level no longer available on version 10.3.1.470? I do not see it in the Options.
