Quick Fields - change document page order

asked on May 28, 2014

Is there a way to have Quick Fields (8.3) change page order as it imports - i.e. page 2 needs to be first?  We are scanning a vendor's electronic invoice into QF.  The invoice information that A/P needs to work from is on Page 2 rather than Page 1.  Is there a way to either make the document default to page 2 when viewed in Laserfiche or have QF make page 2 become page 1 in the image when importing?  This is a pdf document.

If the data entry is being done in Quick Fields you can use Zoom Fields to point at the proper page and area on that page the data appears. That will make it easier for entering the data, but when viewed in Laserfiche it will still open to page 1 first.

To do anything with the pages of a PDF you will need Quick Fields to generate Laserfiche Pages from it. If you are generating pages, Quick Fields does not have the the ability to reorder them, but if you do not care about page 1 you could have Quick Fields remove it.

I am generating LF pages. The problem is that page 1 is the actual invoice but all the working information  for completing the template is on the 2nd page and the 2nd page is hand written so I can't use Zone OCR to populate the template.   I will propose the idea of deleting page 1.
