Weblink Login Unknown Error 9520

I am getting Unknown error 9520 when I login to Weblink.

 

Can anybody help ascertain the cause of this problem and therefor its resolution?

The VAR Kit only includes five full named user licenses. Can you log into WebLink using one of those named users?

If the user does not have Full named account, make sure Read-Only is checked on, on user account property.

What version of WebLink are you using? Is it possible that you ran out of read-only connections?

Weblink 8.2.2.

 

It is on VAR kit and there is only one user within the repository configured with retrieval only read-only access.
