hr administrator is asking to print all forms in bulk to make notes and finalize what decisions they need to make.

Answer
Understandable. There isn't currently a way to select multiple forms from within Forms to print them. You could have the Process save the forms to a folder in Laserfiche though and you could print them from there.

Wouldn't printing them off go against part of the reason you are using Forms in the first place, making things paperless? Is there any reason the forms couldn't have a user task that assigns it to the HR admin where there could be a field that he can add his notes and based on his decisions have additional tasks in the business process?
the hr director is insistent on printing these specific forms to separate and organize because they need to meet with a committee to make certain decisions. i explained the whole paperless thing but for their reasons they want to print these forms. it just a question that they had me ask to see if it was possible.......

if i do that, there is not a way to update process modeler after a recent change is there?
I'm not sure I understand your question.
i would have to add an extra step (service task) in process modeler to save in laserfiche. so if all forms are sitting in at a current location, either one hr admin would have to submit all forms to go to next service task or two, is there a way to update current forms to route to service task to save in laserfiche?
It is possible to create a report to include the data that HR director wish to see and print the report instead of printing all the individual form submissions. You can also export all data in excel and create chart/graph to help to make decision based on the data.
