Audit Trail prompting for Deleting a Folder

I have a few clients that have advanced audit trail and like the being prompted for the deletion of an entry. An entry by definition is a document, folder, or shortcut. However, when this feature is activated for deleting of an entry the users are NOT prompted when deleting a ‘folder’ from Laserfiche. Is this a possible bug in audit trail or I am missing something? I have confirmed this behavior with all clients.

This issue is specific to deleting a folder from the folder pane only. In that scenario, the user does not get prompted for a reason. If the user deletes the folder from the entry pane, then the prompt for a reason will come up. We have filed a bug for this matter and will update this thread when a fix is released.

This is fixed in Laserfiche 9.1.1 Service Pack 1.

Jerry,

Please open a case with Laserfiche Support so the issue can be looked into further. I can't recreate the issue so there may be something not immediately obvious about the customer's setup that is causing this.
