instance and and instance status not appearing on Search Results

 Hi all,

 

I have upgraded/migrated a Laserifiche 8.3 server to a 9.1 server.

The workflows seem to be working fine, but when i go to Workflow Designer and search for instances, no instance name nor status appear on the Search Results. The rest of the columns appear fine.

 

See file attached.

 

Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

Hi Andres,

 

The Instance Name is actually business process Instance Name, so is the Instance Status. The two columns would only show details if the workflow is a business process.
