Does Laserfiche have standards or best practices for building metadata? If so, where do I find them?
We have a "Manage Your Metadata" white paper on the Support Site that has information on recommendations and best practices--you can find it here: https://support.laserfiche.com/GetFileRepositoryEntry.aspx?id=2454&mode=download
There's also a section of the Administration Guide called Field and Template Design Considerations that has some best practice information on fields and templates specifically.
Following the link to "Manage Your Metadata" takes me to that page but I don't see a white paper that I can download or access.
There should be a download button in the upper right area of the page (next to the share button). If it's not there, try refreshing.
I see the Share button but no Download button. Refresh has no impact. Using Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110
