We have a form that the public submits with their signatures on and then it needs an approval by the principal just to say that the principal signed it. All of the information on the forms is the exact same except for the public signatures. When the form gets to the principals step they have to go into each one and click on the Approve button. It would be very useful in this case to allow the principal to select all tasks at that step and click an Approve button and process them all at once.

This request has come up again from some additional supervisors. A little different than before though. They were wondering if the buttons for the form that currently exist at the bottom of the form, could also be replicated at the top of the form? The ideas is that if they know they just need to approve it or deny, they don't have to scroll through the entire form first. Below is a screenshot of the idea.
Hi Blake,
There's a direct approval option in the User Task.
If that's checked, then principal can do the inline approval, and don't need to open task in new window.
How much forms need to be approved on a daily basis?
This has recently come up for a customer of ours as well.
They need to see all incoming forms, but based on their knowledge of certain Jobs, they would elect to push forward or not.
This would be very helpful for them to be able to just push the ones not needed forward.
I can't filter the cases around the user as there's no way for me to know if the original submission needed the information or not. Submitter generally doesn't know this level of information either.
They receive ~50 Forms daily, so filtering through each one is time consuming already. This also creates a bottleneck in the approval process.
